By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2 Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for legitimate purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, copy content without permission or impersonate anyone else. You must be 18 or over to make a purchase.
3 Products, prices and availability
- We do our best to show colours, images and descriptions accurately, but small variations may occur.
- Prices are in pounds (£) and may change at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
- Offers are valid while stocks last and may end without prior notice.
4 Orders and payment
When you complete an order, you receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers. We may cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability, always with a full refund.
5 Delivery, returns and refunds

6 Product use and health
AVELY is a wellbeing heat massager for relieving menstrual discomfort. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Follow the instructions on the packaging, do not use on broken skin and avoid prolonged use at the maximum temperature.
If your pain is severe, persistent or different from usual, consult a healthcare professional. If you are pregnant or have skin conditions, diabetes or a pacemaker, speak to your doctor before use.
7 Intellectual property
The brand, logo, text, images and design of this site belong to AVELY and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8 Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site available and the information correct, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or a complete absence of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights in the UK.
9 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
