Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 7 working days. As soon as it's dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email to follow every step.

We want AVELY to genuinely work for you. That's why you have 90 days from delivery to return the product and get 100% of your money back, with no small print.

How to request a return

1. Email support@avely.uk with your order number and the reason.
2. Within 24 working hours we'll send the instructions and a return label.
3. Once we receive the product back, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days, to the same payment method.

Conditions

• The product must be in good working condition, with all accessories (cable and belt).
• Returns within the UK are free: the label is on us.
• Products with manufacturing faults are covered by the 90-day guarantee.
